With the most centered layer I have add fractal elements as an overlay from one of my fractal art compositions and varied the colors toward earth tones and blue skies, I then added a slight black edge border around that.
I then created another text layer behind that and add several embossing elements that were blue in color to complement the inlaid colors, and added a slight black drop shadow.
Then this text combination was a minimal amount of curvature so that it matched the curvature of the earth globe behind it.
For the earth globe I changed the color scheme to orange land massed and the water areas to a very dark blue and added noise to create a textured surface and lighting for a sun illumination effect.
I then created a circulating arrow on a top layer, that I replicated two additional times and spaced these 120 degrees apart; masking out the back portions that covered parts of the planet that I did not want covered; and added some fractal clouds from one of my fractal art compositions as an overlay on the curved arrows.
I then created the three R’s: Reuse, Recycle, Repurpose in a semi transparent layer, to allow for the texture of the arrows to bleed through, and added some 3D effects as well as arching the text to match the curve of the earth; and placed them at the beginning of each of the arrows; making this the final top layer.
Lastly for the background I added a split black and white layer and added three Tornado Chaser emblems which I placed at the top corners and the bottom center.
