Ethereal Beauty Of Arsencia The Golden Setren is a blending of three of my previous fractal art portraits which include “Arsencia The Golden Setren”, my Art Nouveau like piece “O Beth Mae Breuddwydion yn cael eu Gwneud” a “Thera The Ethereal Queen”.
The fading off blending at the top and bottom of the fractal character is achieved using a two gradient mask in front and behind the fractal character.
Then I created a duplicate of the character was placed behind the main character and a heavy blur applied to this duplicate. Then as before two mask were placed in front and behind this blur and adjusted until a nice fading shadow effect was achieved around the wing and bottom garment areas.
The fractals that I used in this piece were created using the opensource Fractron 9000 fractal generator and the Adobe Photo Elements 7 image editor.
