Norman Prescott-Davies è nato nel villaggio di Isleworth London nel Regno Unito nel 1862.
Ha studiato al London International College e a South Kensington e all'età di 29 è stato eletto Associate of the Royal College of Art e successivamente alla Royal Society of British Artists in 1893.
