This is a late 1920s or early 1930s illustrations of the American film actress, producer, screenwriter and philanthropist Marion Cecillia Douras (1897 – 1961); who was known to the public as Marion Davies.
She began her acting career at the age of 19, performing in the 1916 Follies and also made a film the following year; og af 1924, with the help of William Randolph Hearst (1863 – 1851) became the number one female box office star in Hollywood.

Christy blev født i 1882 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; og i 1899 i moden alder 17 malede original kunst for Boardwalk Atlantic City Picture Company.
