An attractive young blonde that has just come out of the shower, and that is barely covered with a pink towel and wearing pink high heel slippers; is standing on a large scale as she looks at the viewer in disbelief at the reading.
What she doesn’t realize is that her medium sized black dog is behind her with both paws on the scale as he looks up at her; which is what is making the scale give a reading that is higher that what she knows it should be.
The rest of the image is a beautiful mixing of blue hues for the background and lower sides and lighter aqua blue tones mixed with white that produce a fluffy carpet like appearance that the young lady, dog and scale are situated on.

Edward Runci född i Genoas Italien är mest känd för sitt arbete som pin-up artist. Han flyttade från Italien till USA med sin familj i 1930; och tillbringade mycket av sin vuxen ålder i Los Angeles med att skapa konstverk av sexiga kvinnor i avslöjande poser, samt eleganta kläder för kalender- och reklamföretag.
Han målade också vanliga porträtt, Native American porträtt, porträtt av kändisar, landskapsmålningar och religiösa målningar.
