Vinzenz Fisher was an accomplished architect and historical painter, who served as the professor of architecture at the Academy of Vienna.
He was born in Bavaria, Germany and did his initial artistic studies in Passau, Alemania; entonces a la edad de 22 he entered the Vienna Academy, and from there traveled to Italy in 1753 donde permaneció hasta 1755, and then returned to Vienna.
