This Asteroid Apocalyptic scene is a fractal art spacescape creation intended for Astreroid Day and is composed of 60 fractals with an 73 additional layers.
The scene comprises a wide view port that is looking out into space from a large rail platform on either side, while in the middle is a large electronic grid system that is over looking three near by planets that are gold, blue and violet in color with a fourth orange planet in the upper center being hit by an asteroid that is part of an asteroid shower passing through the solar system.
To this scene are several large blue nebula and a smaller golden nebula with stars through out that form the backdrop for this calamity of an event. With additional rock like looking nebula and a golden spiral galaxy in the upper far right.
